efined 1970s industrial culture and that propagated large scale uniformity, “Institutional Quality” speaks to the idea of creating a product that is just right every single time. After the name had a short but fruitful run as an experimental band, it remained as a stamp of approval for anything worthy of the title. It reemerged years later as Dave began producing plays with collaborator Brett Neveu under the name Institutional Quality Productions. Under IQP, he also produced his film Cassandra (now available on AppleTV and Alter). Institutional Quality Productions, LLC is everything that boutique quality is and more. It recoups the idea that the mass produced can be exceptional in a way that all things are good and how they should be, consistently excellent.
