Schedule release tonite! Couldn’t be more excited! Also, needed to do some serious work on myself to get back to better health. Hoping the Chicago Bears results are as good as what I’ve had over the last 3 months!!

Weight was ⬆️ —->now ⬇️ 27lbs (more to go!)
Glucose was very ⬆️ —->now ⬇️ to normal ✅
Cholesterol was very⬆️ —->now ⬇️ to normal ✅
Triglycerides were very ⬆️ —->now ⬇️ to normal ✅
A1C was very ⬆️ —->now ⬇️ to normal ✅

Looking like I’ll be ready to 🐻⬇️ once again in 2026!!! No fears of lettuce wraps at the tailgate!!!

The Chicago Bears season was amazing and our were top notch! We lived the motto of 🐻⬇️, but that lead to some ⬆️ in not so good ways!

While we were 🐻ing⬇️, I unfortunately:

Cholesteroled⬆️
Triglycerided⬆️
A1C’d⬆️

Gonna be an offseason of restraint & accountability so I can come back and 🐻⬇️ once again in 2026!!! Nobody wants a lettuce wrap at a tailgate!!!
