Mental Health Take 1

Mental Health Take 1 The Mental Bounce Back is the Beauty The Mental Recovery Process is a Lonely Place, Dark, Shameful, and very Painful.

The Mental Recovery Process starts with Self Caring, a Therapist, a Self-Reality Check, Medication when needed and not Just Because, Spirituality, Exercise, Diet and so on. This is why it’s important to Plan, Create Structure/Good Habits and Love Yourself during this Rock Bottom Journey. Most people do not return from Rock Bottom because their Ego convince them that they are Too Good for the Recov

ery Process. In addition, they are sold False Hope from other people journeys. Every Journey is customized to that individual because we are different even though we travel the same journeys at times. Rock Bottom is a Dirty Place and it must be Embraced with an Open Heart and True Emotions for the Process to start. If you can see and feel the Progression during the Recovery Process, this is when the so called Bad/Why Me becomes Beautiful. The Mental Bounce Back is the Beauty because you can control the Self-Sabotage, the Ego, the Self-Pity, the Blame and so on. Change does not happen overnight because the Resentful Ego and the Old habits fights the New You and The Change.
