The 2026 Goose Island Bourbon County Stout lineup has arrived!

Island is rolling out six releases this year, and the lineup is stacked:

Original Stout — classic BCS profile with vanilla, cherry, cocoa, toasted almond, and caramelized sugar.

Tiramisu Cask Finish Stout — finished in rum casks with espresso, cocoa nibs, and vanilla.

Apple Crisp Stout — apple, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, oats, and panela sugar.

Toasted Barrel Rye Stout — aged in Elijah Craig rye barrels and finished in toasted barrels.

Triple Oak Barleywine — finished in French, Chinkapin, and Hungarian oak.

Proprietor’s Stout — pineapple upside‑down cake inspired; pineapple, Montmorency cherry, and panela sugar.

We’ll share our thoughts on the lineup if and when we get a chance to preview them.
