Being a black woman in corporate America is not for the weak… the mental distress of constant code switching, and knowing that most of these people would never understand this world the way you do is exhausting to say the least. Then there’s the feeling of always being watched even though you do your job damn good.

Black women in corporate America need mental relief after a day of work to just decompress and regain comfort with who they really are not the corporate persona imposed to be professional
