*Your job is to notice it early.*

*Stop comparing your child to others.*

*Your neighbour’s child is not your standard.*

*Your child is not a mistake—they are a message.*

*They came with an assignment only they can fulfil.*

*Have you prayed for your children this morning?*

*Did you mention them by name?*

*Each one has a different calling, a different struggle, and a different need.*

*One may need boldness.*

*Another may need peace.*

*Another may need direction.*

*Your prayers are not small—they are spiritual investments.*

*So look again!*

*Watch closely!!*

*Listen without judging!!!*

*Guide them gently!!!!*
