đ⨠My One Pan Dump & Bake Pasta alla Vodka with Chicken might be my new favorite weeknight hack. Itâs creamy, saucy, and ready with zero babysitting (the pasta, not the kids.) Just dump everything in one pan and let the oven do the work. No boiling, no draining, no stress. Try it!
INGREDIENTS:
⢠1lb uncooked short pasta (penne, ziti, etc)
⢠1lb raw chicken, cut into cubes, seasoned w/ �1tsp salt + pepper
⢠1.5 cups heavy cream
⢠1/2 cup (8tbsp) butter, melted
⢠2 cups chicken broth/stock
⢠2 cups tomato sauce/passata
⢠1tbsp garlic powder
⢠1tsp salt
⢠1tsp pepper
⢠4 basil leaves, torn
⢠2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
⢠2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Add uncooked pasta, heavy cream, melted butter, chicken stock, tomato passata, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, basil and uncooked chicken. Mix until combined.
3. Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella cheese on top. Cover with foil tightly and cook for 30-35 minutes. Carefully remove foil and mix (there will still be a good amount of liquid).
4. Sprinkle another 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes more until pasta is cooked through and cheese is melted. Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end for extra golden top. Garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy! ďż˝
