Pat and Rosie are both two self-starting entrepreneurs who run small businesses of their own- and maybe it's because of this- but I have always felt valued by them all of these years in working together.
To me, it's been a huge win to observe the way business exchange is becoming more about building real relationships with people who share genuine value in what each other has to offer- as opposed to gimmicky car salesman practices of a dying age where one would have to convince someone to buy what they are selling. One mindset is built on scarcity, while the other is built on abundance. These authentic exchanges empower me to build more connections with people who also want what is real and genuine from one another.
Being a small business owner is a unique mountain to climb, no matter how big or small. It's many lessons on worth and value, energy exchange, collaboration, and being responsible entirely on the ground level for your own trajectory. As a creator and entrepreneur, there is no better feeling than someone finding genuine value in what you make, do and offer. Thanks for being real ones Pat and Rosie!
