As we usher in this new Era for KBH MEDIA , I want to take this opportunity to celebrate the many wonderful collaborations that have brought us to this exciting place.....

One of my longest running collaborations is with THE MOTH STORYTELLING and I have been honored be a resident videographer for the The Moth StorySLAM and GrandSLAM in Chicago. For over 13 years I have been in several different venues all over the Chicagoland area bearing witness to bold, brave, hilarious, poignant, touching and ultimately exquisitely human storytellers telling over 3000 STORIES!🗣🗣🗣🗣

Because our stories help bring us closer together, I have gathered some of the most interesting and talented friends and artistic associates.

Earlier this month I had a blast at the 40th Anniversary Printer's Row Lit Fest as a part of Write Club Chicago. One of the longest running and most enjoyable festivals in all of Chicago.

The bonus? I got to record two bona fide Superstars who happen to also be my good friends - Corbette Pasko and Jill Hopkins!

At our new home at in Ravenswood - I was thrilled to welcome one of my very first friends that I met in Chicago - the incomparably multi-talented- actor, author, playwright, poet, artist, softball legend and curator of treasure- Mr. James Anthony Zoccoli!

JAZ is cooking up something new and it will surely blow your mind....details to follow...

Collaboration is the highlight of my day and the why of my work - with old friends and new.

And even though we have fancy new digs in Ravenswood - we can still take our fully equipped studio show on the road!🎥📸🎤

Had a wonderful time capturing two nights of You're Being Ridiculous at Steppenwolf Theatre as part of their STC Lookout Series. You're Being Ridiculous: real people telling real funny and touching stories. Thank you to host Jeremy Owens and the many wonderful storytellers and guests- Nestor Gomez, Arlene Malinowski, Corbette Pasko, Jen Bosworth-Ramirez, Amy Sumpter, Michelle D. Young, Meg Lavery, Keith Taboreck, Rachel Diane, Chris Davis, Jacob Simon and Brooke Elizabeth.

KBH Media at Tightrope Recording in the 4500 block of Ravenswood Ave. in Chicago!

For over a decade, we have operated KBH Media out of our home, basement, garage, and even our car! We have created amazing, collaborative work in any and all those spaces. This is why we are thrilled to unveil our beautiful new office, at Tightrope Recording, a fully-operational studio in North Center, neighboring some of the coolest and most creative businesses and restaurants in all of Chicago. 

But the biggest reason to celebrate is what has made this business such a fulfilling and joyful experience from the very beginning- ARTISTIC COLLABORATION. We are ecstatic to join creative forces with the talented geniuses of Tightrope Recording! Working together, we can provide all the creative tools and audio visual input to take your Notes App germ of an idea into a fully realized vision and product. 

KBH Media and Tightrope Recording are set and ready to produce all your filming, photography, podcasting and recording needs as well as creating original marketing content for you and your business.

We are excited for what we will create together - let’s do something!
