🍽️ Loaded BBQ Platter with Cheddar Potatoes & Crispy Chicken
🥩 1. Grilled Steak with Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
2 cups baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp rosemary or thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour cream (for dipping)
Instructions:
Boil potatoes for 10 minutes, then roast at 200°C (400°F) with olive oil, herbs, salt & pepper until crispy.
Season steaks with salt and pepper, grill on high heat to desired doneness.
Slice steak thinly and serve over roasted potatoes with a dollop of sour cream.
🌶️ 2. Bacon-Wrapped Sausage & Roasted Veggies
Ingredients:
2 smoked sausages or bratwursts
6–8 strips of bacon
1 cup sweet potatoes or butternut squash, cubed
½ cup red bell pepper, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and paprika
Instructions:
Wrap sausages with bacon, secure with toothpicks, and grill or bake until crisp.
Toss veggies with oil, salt, paprika, and roast for 20–25 mins at 200°C (400°F).
Serve together with your favorite spicy mayo or aioli.
🧀 3. Cheddar-Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 large russet potatoes, baked
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup sour cream
2 jalapeños, chopped
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Bake whole potatoes until soft. Slice open and fluff the inside.
Mix with sour cream, jalapeños, and some cheddar. Top with more cheddar.
Return to oven until cheese melts and bubbles.
🐔 4. Crispy Breaded Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder, paprika
Salt & pepper
Hot sauce or ranch for dipping
Instructions:
Marinate chicken in buttermilk 30 mins.
Dredge in seasoned breadcrumbs and bake or air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 mins.
Slice and serve with dipping sauce.
