🎉 Meet Our Newest Peacock – Kylie Lavinsky! 🦚

Please join us in giving a warm and enthusiastic welcome to our agent assistant Kylie Lavinsky, the newest member of our flock!

1.Please describe yourself in 10 words or less
Enthusiastic! Admittedly kind of odd. Cheesy 😁

2. What's your role at Paonessa?
I am the Agent Assistant!

3. How did you get here? (your background)
I grew up as a theatre kid!! That is the real root of my career. I went to the Theatre School for Theatre Management, did internships, and just learned as much as I could. After being an intern at Paskal Rudnicke Casting, I was hired as a casting assistant for the spring/summer of 2025. And when my time there wrapped up I switched to representation and joined the Paonessa team!! 🦚

4. What is your favorite performance you've seen (movie/tv/live, etc.)?
Probably Daisy Edgar Jones AND Paul Mescal in Normal People. I’m a huge fan of the book and read it before watching. They were brilliant and I felt like they both brought the text to life..

5. What would you like to see more of in the industry?
AAPI REPRESENTATION. Especially more imperfect characters. I think the way I saw myself rarely represented in popular media was so limiting. I would love for Asian kids growing up to know it’s okay to make mistakes and be a little bit of a mess ❤️

6. What do you love about working at Paonessa?
Helping others! Cheesy but I honestly love seeing others be passionate and get rewarded for it! But also… Mimi and Luigi are huge perks to the job.
