Officers responded to a call of multiple people shot.
Preliminary investigation indicates that a dark-colored vehicle drove past the location, and an unknown offender(s) displayed a firearm(s) and opened fire into a crowd of people who were standing outside, striking several victims.
The vehicle immediately fled the scene.
No one is in custody and Area Three Detectives are investigating.
The injuries are as follows:
Victim #1: A 29-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound to the left forearm and is listed in good condition at Illinois Masonic Hospital
Victim #2: A 27-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to the right foot and is listed in good condition at Illinois Masonic Hospital
Victim #3: A 31-year-old female sustained multiple gunshot wounds about the body and is listed in serious condition at Mt Sinai Hospital
Victim #4: A 30-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to the left hand and is listed in good condition at Mt Sinai Hospital
Victim #5: A 24-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to the back and is listed in critical condition at Stroger Hospital
Victim #6: A 25-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to the left leg and is listed in critical condition at Stroger Hospital
Victim #7: A 21-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to the mouth and is listed in critical condition at Stroger Hospital
Victim #8: A 24-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound to the chest and was transported to Stroger Hospital where he was pronounced.
Victim #9: A 25-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was transported to Stroger Hospital where he was pronounced
Victim #10: A 24-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to the right arm and is listed in good condition at Northwestern Hospital
Victim #11: A 25-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to the right thigh and is listed in good condition at Northwestern Hospital
Victim #12: A 25-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound to the left hand and right thigh and is listed in good condition at Northwestern Hospital
Victim #13: A 32-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to the right thigh and is listed in fair condition at Northwestern Hospital
Victim #14: A 31-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to the left knee and listed in good condition at Northwestern Hospital
Victim #15: A 29-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound to the right thigh and is listed in good condition at Northwestern Hospital
Victim #16: A 29-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to the right shin and is listed in good condition at Northwestern Hospital
Victim #17: An adult female sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the chest and was transported to Northwestern Hospital where she was pronounced.
Victim #18: An adult female sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the chest was transported to Northwestern Hospital where she was pronounced (18th District)

3 killed, 16 wounded in mass shooting outside downtown Chicago nightclub Artis Lounge

At least three people were killed and 16 others wounded in a mass shooting outside a nightclub in downtown Chicago late Wednesday night, authorities said.Police confirmed multiple people were shot in the 300 block of West Chicago Avenue.
A city official said 19 people were shot, three of them fatally in a drive-by shooting.
The shooting apparently happened as people were leaving the Artis Lounge nightclub following an album release party for rapper Mello Buckzz.
The same block was also the scene of a mass shooting in November 2022, when the same nightclub was known as Hush Lounge. One person was killed and three others wounded after a group that had been thrown out of Hush started fighting.
Police shut down the Hush nightclub after that shooting, and Artis Lounge later opened in the same location.
