Kenny is so nasty 😧☠️. This was in the winner's final of the ProDown Showdown last night, which Optic ended up winning. They beat Kenny and 100 Thieves in the grand finals with a map count of 4-1.
|
This new tournament was created by some notable pros, including Aches, with the help of CMG to ensure pros were able to adequately practice ahead of the first major tournament of the year in Vegas. With only a few weeks to go until then, Optic look almost unbeatable... It will be interesting to see how it pans out, and which pros and teams will step it up on LAN.

The E-divisie, a FIFA tournament based on the top Dutch football league Eredivisie, is back for the 18/19 season!

Each player will represent a Dutch football club. Matches will be played every Tuesday, Wednesday on Thursday and will be shown on Fox Sports, if you can find this channel, and on E-divisie's official Twitch channel, and matches can also be found on Youtube an hour after it has been played.
|
The first half of the season will be on PlayStation and the second half on Xbox, with the winners from both divisions competing at the end of the season to determine who will be national champion. Keep an eye out!

Crazy how dominant these guys were. Scump, Karma and Crimsix will already go down in history as 3 of the best to ever do it, but Formal was arguably the best player for this team, especially during their World Championship winning year. He was Worlds MVP as well as Stage 2 Playoffs MVP, and even won Esports Player Of The Year at the Esports Awards in 2017. Optic are looking strong this year too, as are Formal and the rest of Luminosity. Going to be a big year for pro Call of Duty.

FaZe Tass, pro FIFA player who has won major tournaments in the past, has been banned by EA after he uploaded a YouTube video in which he refers to a football player as 'fag'.

The length of the ban doesn't look to have been decided, as Tass mentions in an apology video uploaded to his YouTube channel. As it stands, he will not be competing in any EA FIFA tournaments, although this may change.
|
Tass claims not to have meant the phrase to be offensive even going on to say that he didn't know the word had any connotations with sexuality/derogatory implications. Is the punishment too harsh? Will it change? Let us know your thoughts below..
