RIP David Roach 1965 - 2025.

I knew this was coming but it's still hitting really hard. Junkyard are one of the few bands I've travelled multiple times to see over the past 10 years (James Ballentine "Uptown" VFW in Minneapolis MN, The Redwood Bar in Los Angeles CA, The Token Lounge in Westland MI, Brauer Haus in Lombard IL, LiveWire Lounge in Chicago IL, and most recently The Viper Room in Los Angeles CA in March 2023). David was - as the song says - a rock and roll lifer.
