Teach your kids NOW HOW to clap for others even when it’s not their turn. I teach my kids this often. It won’t always be about you and you must be able to celebrate others no matter what. This teaches them how to be strong, confident, and honorable adults. If you teach them now, they won’t become jealous and their self esteem won’t be low.
My mom taught me this at a young age and it helps me to not envy people or show hatred towards people because they’re more well off than me. I know my lane and I know my self worth. I KNOW WHO I AM. There’s nothing nobody has or had that I want because what God has done for me throughout my life has taught me a lot of lessons. STAY HUMBLE NO MATTER WHAT. I never brag about anything I have or had because that’s not how I was raised. I don’t look down on people because my calling is to lift people up. Treat the underdog and the CEO with the same respect. Y’all have to teach y’all kids this stuff. It’s very important. Being confident and being cocky is two different lanes. I can come in the room and own it, without saying what I got or who I know, or who I’m related too. I had to post this today! It’s a nasty world we live in.
