What Problem Does it Solve? Buying a home can be a challenging process because of the difficulty in obtaining relevant information about a home and its neighborhood. Oftentimes, the best way to get this information is to speak directly to the homeowner or to neighbors in the area. Unfortunately, communication between buyers and sellers is discouraged and there is NO mechanism to communicate with informed neighbors unless you visit the area and knock on doors. We solve this problem by offering a platform that lets people communicate with people in the neighborhood, review insights about a home and contribute their own information and opinions about a specific property. This creates a more transparent experience for everyone involved in the home buying process.
How Does It Work: Users create a FREE account with a username (real name, business name or an anonymous name) and connect it to their current home address. This gives people the ability to search any property in the United States, read or make comments about that specific property, or ask questions to the people in the neighborhood.
