One of the biggest mistakes we can make in life is giving the wrong people - or situations - too much of our time, energy, love and opportunity to change.

Investing so much into family, friendships, relationship, situationships or even jobs that we keep hoping will change or get better if we just give a little, hang in there or remain patient, ignore the red flags, be more understanding or tolerant, loving and work harder to keep the peace.

What I’ve learned is …

You have to love yourself enough to walk away from people and situations that no longer serve you, feed your soul, drain your energy, keep you stuck, bring you peace or allow you to become your best self.

It doesn’t mean you’ve given up, failed or stopped loving. It just means you’re honoring yourself and your purpose by acknowledging that the only person you have the power to change is - yourself.

Love yourself first by pouring into YOU. Trust that the RIGHT PEOPLE and things WILL SHOW UP and STAY if you just let go of the wrong things.

Stop depleting yourself by giving your love, energy and time to the wrong people or situations that aren't working.

It’s time to let go. Invest in yourself and the life you want.
