We're getting intentional about our daily walks this time by not sitting around brooding, which breeds only self-doubt and fear in us.

Sometimes, all that's needed to get rid of anxiety is simply to get out of the house and go for a walk.

By removing yourself from your comfort zone, you start to combat your fears, which builds your confidence.

Although it takes courage, every step becomes easier.

If you strike a strong pose, where you take up as much space as possible, your testosterone (dominance hormone) levels increase, while your cortisol (stress hormone) levels decrease.
Adopting a bigger posture two minutes before a meeting will actually give you more confidence and help you perform better.
