This trip in May of 2025 was the most important one of my life.
On the 2nd I broke my foot on the first hike. The pain indescribable.
From the moment I heard the crack on the mountain I did not stop praying. In fact it was broken in this video and I still was able to travel -
Right now I am reading the bible from start to the end.
The fracture was in two places on my right foot, near the joint.
Through prayer and his mercy he allowed me to walk on it for a week before I flew home. Walking on a broken foot.. I felt like Jacob after I read his story. Enjoying his earth and the vacation he laid out for me.
After I kept praying, did not miss a beat with my time alone with him. In the background, he gave up my addiction of smoking. Cold turkey and never before in my life did I feel the strength he gave me now and forevermore.
When home I felt like Joseph. My new foundedness was met with anguish. I travelled alone.
As of the last week of June I was confirmed that my foot is healed. Less than 2 months, 60 days, my double fracture was healed.
God met me when I simply couldn't. Never gave up on the chance for us to have a relationship. Every time I am in word he gives me parallels that are unignorable that he is speaking to me. Everything I ever questioned about going Home has now been answered.
My life truly was in the greatest darkness until I faced his light.
I am ever so thankful for the blessing of bringing me to my knees so I knew what it was like to truly stand.
