Hello everyone, I apologize for my absence. I needed some time to clear my mind. The past seven months have been challenging for me, and I have been struggling with my mental health. However, I am taking each day as it comes, and I am fortunate to have a strong and supportive person by my side. He has made a significant positive impact on my life, and I am grateful for everything he has done for me.

I am at a breaking point right now and my anxiety is at an all time high I am sitting here with tears in my eyes and thoughts of cutting myself has been playing over and over again. But I know I am stronger than my thoughts and I have two kids watching my every move and they look up at me for everything. I need to pull it together but today has not been the best and I am hurting 😞

Sorry everyone I know I have been gone and haven't posted in awhile, my mental state has been all over the place. I have been secretly putting myself down and telling myself I am not good enough for anyone. I also been stressing about how am I gonna get my kids ready for school and get their lunches. I have been letting things get me and I have been secretly putting myself down over things I can't control. I am here to let you know that it is ok to feel this way and it is also ok to have that one person you can lean on when these times come up. I am here for you!!!!

Have you ever been so happy and loving life and finally getting comfortable in yourself, only to have your brain suddenly replay a million reasons why you don't deserve to be happy, because every day up until now, that is what you have been told? Grand risings loves. Happy Sunday! There are times in life when you find out there are people who you are close to or related to will not be on your side. They will use you until they suck you dry of all emotions and resources. Just remember you don't owe them anything and you have the power to change the people you hang with and create a family of your own. Remember you are loved and not everyone hates you. If no one tells you them I will.

Grand risings loves! As I reflected on my life this morning, I realized that every experience I've had has shaped me into the strong and resilient woman I am today. From the challenges and hardships to the triumphs and celebrations, each moment has contributed to my growth and transformation. I'm excited to share more of my stories with you soon, and I'm preparing myself mentally to be vulnerable and open about my experiences. My hope is that my stories will inspire and support those who are struggling, and provide a shoulder to lean on for those who need it. We all face challenges in life, and it's important to have someone who can offer guidance and support. Let me be that person for you! Let me help you walk through the pain and darkness, and guide you towards the light. I know how difficult that journey can be, but I've been through it myself and I'm here to help.
