I was listening to one of the podcast of Muhammad Ali about optimism and how a believer chooses to remain positive through the ups and downs of life, and it felt like such a beautiful reminder that I wanted to share it with you!
Sometimes the greatest test of faith is not knowing how Allah will make a way, but choosing to believe that He will.
A believer does not live in constant fear of what others have, what others may do, or whether someone’s jealousy can change their destiny. Tawakkul is knowing that creation has no power over what Allah has written for you.
Look at the story of Musa عليه السلام. Allah decreed that a child being sought by Fir‘awn would be raised in Fir‘awn’s own house. The very man who feared Musa عليه السلام would destroy his kingdom became part of the means through which Musa عليه السلام was protected.
Allah does not need circumstances to make sense to us before His decree unfolds.
Musa’s عليه السلام mother had to let go of what her heart loved most, but Allah was already writing a return she could never have imagined. She trusted Him, and Allah returned her child to her and made her heart firm.
That is tawakkul ❣️
To do what you can, then surrender what you cannot control to Allah. To remain hopeful when the road looks uncertain.
Do not let envy make you anxious. Do not let comparison make you ungrateful. Do not let uncertainty make you lose hope.
Your rizq is written. Your future is not in the hands of people it is in the hands of Allah.
And when you cannot understand His decree, trust His wisdom.
What Allah has written for you will reach you. What He has withheld was never yours. And what He has chosen for you carries more wisdom than what you could have chosen for yourself 🤍
