Compass Casting Compass Casting is a Chicago based casting office lead by Casting Director Sarah Cayce, CSA. Compass Casting was created in 2013 when Sarah moved to Chicago.

Casting Director Sarah Cayce has auditioned thousands of actors for hundreds of commercials and dozens of films. After a long film career in Oklahoma working as the casting associate at Freihofer Casting, Sarah moved to a bigger market to continue her career.
