I’m a remote-working mom / WFH mom working in Corporate healthcare, where I’ve been building my career for years while also raising my kids, managing a home, and trying to keep my sanity intact.

I will NEVER, ever share the company I personally work for on social media.

And before anyone calls it “gatekeeping,” selfish, or says, “You don’t want to help your fellow moms or Filipinos.”

No, babe. It’s called protecting my job, my privacy, and my income.

My remote job is NOT easy.

I don’t just sit here and type all day. 😂

I talk. I investigate. I calculate. I pivot. I circle back. I troubleshoot. I think of solutions. I build workflows and SOPs. I train people. I make decisions. I solve problems.

And by the end of the day, I have literally run out of English. 😂 My brain is DONE.

So yes, I choose to keep one thing private: where I work.

But let’s be clear—I DO help.

I DO share companies I know hire remotely.
I DO share job postings when I come across them.
I DO answer private questions when I see them and have the time.
I DO send people direct links to job openings when I find something that may be a good fit.

And I DO it because I WANT TO—not because I HAVE TO.

I’m happy to help people find opportunities, but I am NOT obligated to disclose the name of the company that employs me.

There’s a difference between helping people and exposing your own livelihood.

My job is not a public resource.
My paycheck is not community property.

I can help you find a job without telling you where I work.

That’s not selfish.
That’s not gatekeeping.

That’s called having boundaries, protecting your livelihood, and using common sense.

And honestly? Some things are better kept private. Period.

WFH mom life: Nanay na makakalimutin

Kaya pala ako nag-out ng maaga kasi may school open house. Pero instead na diretso mag ready na pumunta sa school naisip ko pang i-book ng haircut mga bata

Habang palabas ng neighborhood, nakita ko yung line of cars. Then it hit me… may open house nga pala kaming dapat puntahan. 😂

But honestly, one of the perks of working remotely is the flexibility. I can squeeze in last-minute errands during my lunch break, or sometimes take a little longer lunch when I need to.

Work, kids, errands, schedules, dinner… tapos kailangan mo rin alalahanin kung ano ba talaga yung dapat mong ginagawa.

This is the real life of a working mom. Chaotic, forgetful, but somehow we make it work

The last two weeks have been a little chaotic over here.

First, Lucas started school, and now both of my kids are officially in school. You would think that means I have more time… but somehow, I’m busier than ever. 😂

I’ve also been training new people at work, dealing with nonstop meetings, and trying to keep up with everything else at home.

Kaya wala naman tayong post lately.

As much as I want to post regularly, minsan hindi na talaga kaya. Life gets busy, and sometimes I just have to choose what needs my attention the most.

Thank you for staying with me even during the quiet days. I truly appreciate everyone who continues to follow, watch, and support me.

But good news… I started filming Baon Serye again!

And now we’re doing TWO baons. So I definitely have to get extra creative. 😂

I’ll be sharing them with you guys soon. ❤️
