Glazed Chicken Rice Bowl with Broccoli & Cucumber 🥦🍚🍗

Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
🍗 Chicken breast - 2 (diced)
🧄 Garlic cloves - 2 (minced)
🌶️ Paprika - 1 tsp
🍯 Honey - 1 tbsp
🍶 Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
🫒 Olive oil - 1 tbsp
For the Broccoli:
🥦 Broccoli florets - 2 cups
🫒 Olive oil - 1 tbsp
🧂 Salt & pepper - to taste
For the Bowl:
🍚 Cooked white rice - 1 cup
🥒 Cucumber - 1 (thinly sliced)
🥑 Mashed avocado - 1/2 avocado
🧂 Salt - pinch
Directions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in garlic, paprika, soy sauce, and honey. Cook for another 5 minutes, letting the sauce thicken and coat the chicken.
Roast the Broccoli:
Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes or sauté in a skillet until tender and slightly charred.
Assemble the Bowl:
In a serving bowl, add a portion of cooked rice. Arrange glazed chicken, roasted broccoli, sliced cucumbers, and mashed avocado on top.
Serve & Enjoy:
Add a sprinkle of salt to the avocado and an optional drizzle of soy sauce over the bowl for added flavor.
Notes & Variations:
Swap white rice for brown rice or quinoa for a healthier alternative.
Add sesame seeds or chopped green onions for garnish.
Sriracha can be added to the chicken glaze for extra spice!

🥩 Simple & Delicious Beef Tartare 🍽️
Ingredients:
• 12 oz lean beef (tenderloin, round, flank, sirloin, rump roast, etc.) 🥩
• 2 tsp brown or Dijon mustard 🌿
• 1 tsp balsamic or apple cider vinegar 🍏
• 1 tsp salt 🧂
• 2 egg yolks (optional) 🥚

Instructions:
1️⃣ For fine dicing: Freeze the meat for 20 minutes to firm it up. ❄️
2️⃣ Remove from freezer, slice into thin strips, then dice into tiny cubes. 🔪
3️⃣ In a bowl, combine all ingredients (except egg yolks) and mix thoroughly. 🥣
4️⃣ Shape the tartare into a mound on a serving plate. 🍽️
5️⃣ For serving: Make a small dip in the center and gently place the egg yolk on top. 🥚
6️⃣ Enjoy immediately! Leftovers don’t hold well as the marinade makes the meat mushy. 🚫❄️

🍖 Super Simple Beef Marrow Bone Broth 🥣
Ingredients:
• Beef marrow bones with joints (ensure they fit in your slow cooker) 🦴
• 2 heaped tbsp quality salt (Celtic Grey Sea Salt or Magnesium Enriched Natural Lake Salt) 🧂
• Water (tap or filtered) 💧

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the slow cooker: Place the marrow bones at the bottom. 🥩
2️⃣ Sprinkle salt evenly over the bones. 🧂
3️⃣ Fill the slow cooker with water up to the fill line. 💦
4️⃣ Cook on low for 12-24 hours (longer for a stronger broth). ⏳
5️⃣ After cooking: Turn off the slow cooker and handle with care as the liquid is extremely hot. 🔥
6️⃣ Remove bones and larger particles using tongs (reserve non-bone particles for your dog if desired). 🐶
7️⃣ Carefully ladle or pour the broth into sealable containers through a strainer. 🥄
8️⃣ Let the broth cool until the fat separates. The fat will form a cap—keep it on the second jug as a natural seal while consuming the first jug. 🏺
9️⃣ Use some fat in each cup of broth or save it for cooking. 🍳

• 1 avocado, halved 🥑
• 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed 🥒
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
• 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
• 1 tsp garlic powder 🌿
• ½ tsp lemon juice 🍋
• Salt & pepper, to taste 🧂
• Fresh parsley (optional) 🌿

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the chicken: Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. 🧂

• Taco Seasoning:

2 parts salt 🧂
2 parts cumin 🌿
1 part pepper ⚫
1 part garlic powder 🧄
1 part smoked paprika 🌶️
1 part oregano 🍃
1 part cayenne 🌡️
1 part chili powder 🌶️
1 part Tajín seasoning 🍋
Instructions:
