From the Trevi to the Pantheon all before 11 AM. There’s still more to this day but I’m done editing for the day. This was the beginning of our Rome adventure and it was awesome. Super memorable day of the trip and such an insane building. Amazing that it’s still so well preserved thousands of years later.

My neck was so sore after this day in Florence because of how many incredible ceilings I was looking up at in the Palazzo Pitti. Truly unreal and frankly disgusting displays of wealth. It’s story of how it came to be (a dick measuring contest against the Medici family only to end up being owned by the Medici’s after the original owner went bankrupt trying to outshine them.) was one of the times in this trip that gave me mixed feelings. Seeing something so beautiful but knowing the exploitation needed to make it happen and for it to be hoarded by one family didn’t sit right with me. That being said it’s basically a museum for the public so now at least everyone can enjoy its beauty.

Would you believe that this is still only from the first two days in Florence? Also only horizontal photos. Loved Italy so much and this was the best vacation I’ve ever had. So many cappuccinos, pastries, pastas and pizza. We already have our next trip planned 😉

A big happy birthday to my beautiful wife (and also my mom, since they share this birthday today).
Thank you so much for being such a wonderful human being. I love you more than anything, and I’m loving the life we continue to build together. 2026 is going to be a big year for us, and I can’t wait to go on some grand adventures with you.

This is going to be a year where we both level up in big ways, and you continue to grow in ways that always keep me on my toes. I’m so proud of the woman you’ve become. You’ve always been special, but your growth over these last few years has been truly inspiring.

Graduating summa cm laude in your second language is no joke, and I saw firsthand the dedication it took to achieve it. You’re one of the most talented chefs I’ve ever met, and I know you’re destined for great things in the near future. Here’s to another year around the sun — and one we certainly won’t forget.

Happy anniversary to mi amor. Today’s officially the day but yesterday is when we celebrated. I can’t believe we’ve been married for 2 years already.

We’ve been together for 6 years and every year we just keep leveling up and growing together. I’m so proud of you and I love the life we’re building together. I think this next year is going to prove to be a really special one for us and I’m so excited for all the new experiences yet to come. Thank you for always supporting me and my dreams. I’m so glad I’ve been able to support you in yours too.

I’ve watched you put yourself through school, graduate suma cm laude, and really step into your role as an incredibly strong and independent woman. You’ve always been but now you’re really embodying what I always knew you were all along. My beautiful ambitious, tenacious amor whose cooking skills can rival some serious chefs in any given kitchen.

I love cooking delicious meals in the kitchen with you and I look forward to all the new recipes we come up with next year. I love you so much and I can’t wait to continue to spoil and support you for another year in 2026 😍 I’m the luckiest man in the world.

31. This weekend I turned 31 and I’m so grateful for where I’m at. Happy to be a Tío to these three special little girls. Excited to make some cool stuff this year. Been reflecting a lot lately on how far I’ve come and how much I still have yet to do in this life. Lucky to have a good job, beautiful wife, adorable little dog and my own little creative sanctuary in my apartment. I have a lot of things I still want to accomplish but I’m proud of what I have built so far. Life is good. 😊
