What happens when a rock band is made up entirely of cats?

Our principal Dan Fisher put AI to the test by creating a cat band dressed like humans and ready to rock. It turned out weird, fun, and surprisingly cool.

This week we’re spotlighting cinema’s best dog actors because some of the greatest performances come on four legs.

The Thing (1982): The mysterious “Norwegian dog” was played by Jed, a wolf Alaskan Malamute hybrid known for his calm, haunting presence. Jed also appeared in White Fang and The Journey of Natty Gann.

Men in Black (1997): Frank the Pug, played by Mushu the pug and voiced by Tim Blaney, became a sci-fi icon with his attitude and perfectly timed one-liners.

Hachi: A Dog’s Tale (2009): The loyal Hachi was portrayed by three Akita dogs: Layla, Chico, and Forrest, bringing to life the real story of Hachikō, whose devotion spanned a lifetime.

Good Boy (2025): In Ben Leonberg’s new horror film, Riley, a golden retriever played by Buddy, steals scenes (and chills) as the loyal dog navigates a terrifying story of trust and survival.

What’s your favorite dog performance in film? Let us know down below!
