We at Niche Visuals love producing videos in a busy warehouse. The tools and various boxes dissolve into interesting textures at a shallow depth of field. This video production took place at Chimney Monkey a week ago.

We are in Washington, DC, for another The Aspen Institute video production. The weather is picture perfect with leaves turning into autumn colors. Perfect time for little photography and video stroll around our capital. Tomorrow we will be filming the conference on cybersecurity at The Kennedy Center. Super excited.

This was our second trip traveling to the sunny California this year. We had the pleasure to provide video production and photography for the SI lab and their annul Observe Summit at The Line LA The projetc involved, highlight videos, b roll, filming interviews, capturing still photography, and filming of full sessions. We love to travel for corporate events.

After a whole month of corporate video productions for conferences, I got to point a camera at some art. I love to have such a balance in my video production work.

This week, my team at Niche Visuals produced videos and photos for SOCi.ai and here in this photo, I am capturing b-roll of their keynote speaker Gary Vaynerchuk. I have filmed many corporate conferences throughout my career, but this one really engaged me. I was actually taking notes and thinking about how to position my video businesses for success for this new era we are entering. The topic, of course, was AI. The general mood was optimistic. We are entering an era of opportunity where the AI algorithms are betting on our organic creative output. The AI will free us from busy and technical work. I heard from executives at both Google and OpenAI who emphasised that winners in the AI age will be those who can authentically describe their services. Keyword hacks and pay-for-play in search engine rankings will be gone.
AI wants us to tell our story and provide answers. Be loud on all platoforms (AI crawls). Be genuine. Avoid shortcuts. Small players will have tools previously available only to big players with large marketing budgets. In a way, I think AI can make us more human. Winners will be those who can describe their service authenticatly. Gone will be keyword hacks and pay for play in search engine rankings. AI wants us to tell our story and provide answers.

My lovely Jumel Ola Klisiewicz and I are producing a short film together. She wrote it, I will direct it. Our little Phoenix will have a supporting role. Some behind screens shots as well as screen shots from the shoot. Thanks Joel Lopez for always being my right hand. Thank you Phillip Schalekamp for stepping in a role and providing such incredible space to film.
