A pizza dinner in Milan at Savô Pizzeria Gourmet. They have several varieties of crust and combinations of toppings I wish I could have back home. I couldn’t decide which pizza to order so he brought me a pizza made with their gourmet crust, with 2 different toppings.

Knock knock. Is the The Best Chef 2025 around?

I first tried some of Rasmus’ dishes at the 2016 OAD Awards dinner. He had just turned 25. One dish was shaped like mushed brains served in a cow skull, I tasted it but the jet lag, a little alcohol and a lot of graphic imagination, I passed the rest of my dish to A few of my friends wanted to dine at Alchemist so a few extended their trip, but I had to go back home.

He came to Chicago within the following year, and we dined at

I returned to Copenhagen right before the original Alchemist closed. Rasmus cooked for us on his day off. We got an iPad sneak peek of the new Alchemist plans and I thought the idea of going up and down stairs and moving around to different rooms was crazy.

Last week, Rasmus Munk won The Best Chef award for the 2nd year in a row.
