Half portion of shrimp pesto and veggies by Factor and the aftermath. Factor is a subscription meal service that I’ve been using for about two months. One can order a minimum of four meals a week from a menu of keto, calorie count, chef choice or veggie. Microwave for two minutes or heat in the oven. For me, it’s one of the best services. Food can be delivered however often you like and the meals are not frozen. And no, I have no percentage or claim in the company. I’m just passing on information about a service that works for me.
