Press-on nail shopping 🛍️ 💅🏼

I was in the burbs yesterday… and you know I’m popping by at least one Dollar Tree while I’m there because they always hit better than the city ones

For the 12 packs I usually get 2 because the sizing is off for my nail shape - but they are only 1.25 per pack

I do not buy nail glue from here… just a personal thing but I hate their nail glue 😂😭

Dr Pepper Shake & Dr Pepper Cake Shake 🍰

📍 Portillo's Hot Dogs

I loveeee a good shake & Portillo’s has launched 2 new shakes: their Dr Pepper Shake & Dr Pepper Cake Shake with a FULL slice of chocolate cake inside - I def had to try both 😌

They’re the perfect addition to a Chicago dog & cheese fries or solo (but why would you 🫣)

If you’re looking for your next sweet treat 😌 you gotta swing by your local Portillo’s while it’s still available!

Creamed corn danish 🌽

📍 eden • chicago - Avondale

Saw that they were doing this creamed corn danish this weekend for brunch & made a solo reservation because I needed to try this out 😌

The corn danish was everything I imagined & highly recommend trying it before they no longer serve it! I also got a few other things to try

🍊 Burnt Citrus Latte - with a homemade orange syrup
🥐 fig & raspberry danish

All 3 were amazing - plus they have a greenhouse onsite, so they grow a lot of the food they’re using in their menu

Soft serve margarita 🍹

📍 American Family Field - Milwaukee

Went up to Milwaukee a few days ago ago for a Milwaukee Brewers game & saw they had a soft serve margarita there that I knew immediately I needed to try

Strabwberry mango twist & mine is mangonada style w/chamoy & tajin 🥭

Consistently good food & a huge outdoor patio

📍 The Perch - Wicker Park

I’ve been coming here for years… I’ve been a fan of those cheese curds for just as long 😌🙂‍↔️

Their food is always consistently good, the drinks & pours are perfect on a patio, & the staff is always so friendly.

Here everything we got:
🍸 passionfruit margarita
🍹 lavender haze

🧀 cheese curds
🍔 filet sliders

🍝 lumache con pesto
🥩 steak frites

🍋‍🟩 key lime pie
🥕 carrot cake
