THIS IS HUGE: The MAGA donor at the center of Kimberly Guilfoyle's ouster just sued her and her lawyers for defamation, and he's taking it to a jury.

Eric Deters is the Trump donor Guilfoyle reportedly asked to wire $100,000 to her American Express account.

That request already cost her the ambassadorship to Greece. She was forced to resign on Tuesday.

Deters isn't stopping there.

According to The Hill, he filed suit in Kenton Circuit Court in Kentucky against Guilfoyle and her attorneys, Jesse Binnal and David M. Schwartz. He's alleging defamation and false light invasion of privacy, plus breach of contract against Guilfoyle herself. He wants damages and a jury trial.

Here's what set him off.

Guilfoyle's team told the Wall Street Journal that his texts were false and that he was a known blackmailer.

Deters says neither is true. He says he has never been accused of blackmail, never been charged with it, and never owed Guilfoyle a dime.

And the texts tell their own story. According to messages obtained by NewsNation, Guilfoyle appeared to beg Deters to keep their arrangement quiet, warning him it could cost her the ambassadorship.

It did.

Deters says he paid Guilfoyle $300,000 over several years to speak at his conservative Freedom Fest event. He told Anderson Cooper this week that suing her is going to be fun.

Now everything comes out in court. The texts. The money. The arrangement. All of it, in front of a jury.

Even Trump couldn't defend her. He said he didn't like what he was reading.

He's about to read a lot more.

Trump's own donors are turning on his inner circle, and this one is just getting started.

THIS IS HUGE: Pete Hegseth just got humiliated by his own boss. Trump killed Hegseth's plan to livestream a firing squad ex*****on, and didn't even mention his name.

Trump announced Thursday on Truth Social that the December 3 ex*****on of Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan will not be streamed, according to Raw Story.

"He will die, as scheduled, by firing squad, but this event will not be streamed," Trump wrote. He said "many very good and well meaning people would rather not watch him die."

Not one word about Hegseth.

This was Hegseth's idea. He championed it personally. Just last week, he went on Real America's Voice and promised, "We'll make sure that people are able to watch it, that it's public."

Now his own president has publicly pulled the plug.

And it's no mystery why.

An ABC News/Washington Post/Ipsos poll found 8 in 10 Americans opposed the livestream. That includes 64% of Republicans.

Pope Leo spoke out. Catholic bishops called it barbaric. The archbishop for the military told Catholic soldiers to refuse to serve on the firing squad. The daughter of a Fort Hood victim said it turned tragedy into entertainment. Senators from both parties condemned it.

Hegseth didn't listen to any of them. Trump finally had to.

This is the same defense secretary who got heckled by four protesters in a few minutes at an Army conference this week, whose own Army leaders reportedly mocked him behind his back, and whose plan just got scrapped by the man who hired him.

Pete Hegseth wanted a spectacle. He got a public humiliation instead.

THIS IS AMAZING: Pete Hegseth couldn't get through a single speech today without being called out. Four protesters interrupted him in just a few minutes.

It happened Wednesday at the U.S. Army's Annual Meeting and Exposition, where Hegseth was leading a panel on the future of autonomous warfare, according to Mediaite.

He barely made it a few seconds.

The first protester started shouting almost as soon as he began. Hegseth stopped and stood there. "We'll just wait for a second," he said awkwardly.

"She thinks highly of me," he joked.

She was escorted out. Hegseth started again.

He got out a few words before the second protester stood up.

"You're not a warrior! You're a coward!"

"It appears we have a bit of a tactic," Hegseth said, and sat in silence until security removed her.

He made it about a minute before a third protester interrupted.

Then, 45 seconds later, a fourth.

This one called him out over his department's proposed $1.5 trillion budget. Hegseth adjusted his tie and boasted, "We're gonna get to $1.5 trillion."

Four protesters. A few minutes. One very uncomfortable secretary of defense.

This is the man pushing to livestream a firing squad ex*****on, whose Pentagon has been rocked by leaks and controversy, and who wants to keep pouring money into a war Americans are tired of.

And everywhere he goes now, people are making sure he hears it.

Thank you to these protesters for saying to Pete Hegseth's face what millions of Americans are thinking.

THIS IS HUGE: Jon Ossoff just stood up to an election denier on live TV, and Mike Collins couldn't even answer a yes or no question.

At Tuesday night's Georgia Senate debate, Ossoff put the question to Collins directly.

"Did Donald Trump win the 2020 election?"

Collins dodged.

"There was a lot of doubt in that election," he said.

Ossoff didn't let him hide.

"Not only will Mike Collins refuse to answer tonight, but he's on record repeatedly insisting that Donald Trump did in fact win the 2020 election, an election that he lost," Ossoff said.

Then he went further. He said Collins is on record supporting handing taxpayer dollars to the "violent thugs and criminals who sacked the US Capitol and tried to overturn the election."

"Aren't you, Mike?"

This is Georgia. The state counted its 2020 presidential ballots three times, including a full hand count. Every count confirmed the same result. Joe Biden won.

Georgia's own election officials, Republicans among them, stood up to enormous pressure to defend those results.

And six years later, the Republican running for Senate in Georgia still won't admit it.

Collins wants to represent Georgia voters in Washington. He can't even say their votes counted.

Thank you, Jon Ossoff, for standing up to election deniers like Mike Collins and defending every Georgian's vote.

THIS IS HUGE: The BBC is asking a federal judge to force Donald Trump to sit for a deposition in his own $10 billion lawsuit against the network, after his team backed out.

The BBC filed the motion Tuesday in federal court in Florida, according to The Guardian.

Here's what happened.

Trump's lawyers and the BBC had agreed he would be deposed this Friday, October 16. The BBC spent months working with Trump's team to secure a location and promised to keep it confidential.

Then, on September 28, Trump's lawyers told the BBC he was "no longer available" due to "other matters of national importance."

They said they'd quickly offer a new date. They didn't. Eventually, they suggested sometime in the second or third week of January, conveniently after the deadline to finish gathering evidence in the case.

The BBC isn't letting that slide.

"Plaintiff chose to file this lawsuit and, in doing so, he accepted the obligations of civil litigation," the BBC's lawyers wrote.

They pointed out that nearly eight months into the case, after seven BBC witnesses have already been deposed, they still haven't been able to question "the most central figure in this case: Plaintiff himself."

Trump sued the BBC over an edited clip of his January 6 speech in a Panorama documentary. The BBC acknowledged the editing mistake and apologized, but refused to pay him.

While American networks handed Trump millions to make his lawsuits go away, the BBC has fought back. It already won approval last week to subpoena Don Jr., Ivanka and Jared Kushner.

A hearing is set for October 22.

Thank you, BBC, for refusing to back down.
