So my vacation with and is turning out to be one of the coolest travel sessions iv ever been on.

Finally starting to feel comfortable in my own skin.
I still have no clue what I’m doing when it comes to diet or workout stuff. But just sprinting and lifting seems to helping. Also I started meal prepping bibimbap with .tv showed me how to make.

I wanna let everyone know I have very little self discipline. This is extraordinarily hard for me. So I have to tell you, that you can do it. Whatever it is that you are doing to better yourself. You got this! just remember that you are fu***ng powerful.
