How Ade Popoola fits at DePaul

Improved perimeter shooting was a necessity for DePaul this offseason after the Blue Demons shot only 32 percent from distance in 2025-26.

The transfer portal addition of Tulsa guard Ade Popoola should alleviate some of DePaul’s perimeter shooting concerns after the 6-foot-5 Popoola made 99 3-pointers last season at a 40-percent clip.
