We started our little home bakery with a dream of bringing something different to Northwest Indiana/Chicago. Everything we make is from scratch, with lots of love and a few very late nights. 😂❤️

TOMORROW we’re popping up at Ixxa in Whiting, Indiana! ☕🍂 And we’re bringing some of our favorite fall creations!

Meet one of the newest additions to our fall menu — our Apple C***r Co**ha! ❤️

Inspired by everything we love about fall, this little beauty features a soft, fluffy co**ha topped with a Honeycrisp apple costra and warm toasted spices. Think apple orchard vibes, but in pan dulce form. 🥹

We’re bringing these beauties (and the rest of our fall menu) to our pop-up this weekend!

Happy birthday to the creative culinary mind of this little dream we have—Chef Edgar.

There were so many long nights and early mornings that people don’t see, but you can taste the love and hard work in every bite of Chef Edgar’s creations. The goal of this business was to create something people would feel connected to. Something that feel warm, nostalgic, and new all the same time. I believe he’s done that. As his partner, I get to be a fly on the wall of his genius and that’s been a true honor. Today we celebrate the man who built Alma and Ember with his own two hands. One co**ha at a time! ❤️
