Congrats Bob on winning our prize we donated. Over 100 vendor prizes were given out for the annual fundraiser held at the big e. After hours 10 til 1 am. So tired this morning.

Like with all fairs. Wherever you go. Prices this year are out of site.
Attendance probably will be down.
As long as the numbers are true. A lot goes into setting prices at fairs. Have we reached a point where people are unwilling to pay these prices. The next week and weekend will tell the story.
Let's do the math for a family. 100.00 for tix. 300.00 to 500.00 for parking, food, drinks, games and rides. I'm thinking 600 to 700 for a day at the big E. Your thoughts ?

Arrived today Saturday Aug 30 to check out the results of the garlic competition at the Champlain Valley Fair in VT. Biggest fair in the state. Must have been least 20 competing this year. This is 8th generation garlic we planted. I was so surprised and happy. 1st place finish for 2025
