The 2023 Hilliard Short Film Festival is now accepting submissions. Films must be 12 minutes or less with credits and be PG-13 or under in rating. Early Bird pricing runs until February 28th, and there's a discount for under 18 and student filmmakers.
Screening is May 20th in Hilliard, OH.
