Brim Cafe and Dessert Bar is located in Pinehurst, NC

It’s located in The Village Center of Pinehurst, which is filled with boutiques and restaurants.

At Brim, you’ll find coffee, desserts, and all day breakfast sandwiches. It shares a space with a bookstore and gift shop inside the historic outpost building. It’s a very cool spot!

I got a mocha latte with orange cold foam and it was really, really good! But the star of the show was the baklava- PEACH BAKLAVA. Wow! Amazing.

If you’re in the area, you need to check it out!

aidileys is a mobile espresso and nitro cold brew bar serving specialty coffee, located in China Grove, NC.

Aidiley’s is also a non profit with the goal of helping parents, children and other family members find their voice “after being silenced by the court system.”

In addition to lattes, you’ll find refreshers, frappes, protein cold foam and pastries on the menu. I tried the salted caramel harbor nitro cold brew and it was delightful! I could immediately tell it was good quality coffee. But other than the quality, the owner was so kind; I really enjoyed chatting with her and hearing about her mission with this coffee stand.

Add it to your list!

Harrisburg Park is located in Harrisburg, NC and it’s like a little epicenter for the town! You’ll find the park, a splash pad, the library, an outdoor amphitheater, and more!

We only had time to check out the playground this day but it was enough to keep my kiddos and their cousins busy for over an hour, and we would have stayed longer but it started to rain. I’d love to go back and check out the splash pad; it even had a slide 😮

Recommend checking out this area for all the mamas!

They also have new, unique finds in their gift section, like bible cases, Cheerwine gifts, squishies and so much more!

I was able to find items for all three of my children and a Father’s Day gift 👏🏼 I would stop by again for sure!

Happy 5 years in downtown Kannapolis to !

is a new vendor located inside in downtown Kannapolis. On their menu, you’ll find Teriyaki plates, Korean corn dogs, sushi bowls and more!

I had to try a Korean corn dog because I love them! I got it with the original Panko topping and spicy mayo but they have fruity pebbles and hot Cheetos as topping options 😮 along with different drizzle options!

They also have the viral fruit sandos and fruit ice creams. I got a Tanghulu, which is a Chinese street food consisting of skewered fruit with a crunchy, hard sugar glaze. It was delicious! I wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s like candied fruit, hard on the outside but the fruit is still soft and juicy on the inside.

I really enjoyed both items! I’d like to go back and try a sushi bowl and a fruit sando!
