Best money I’ve spent this year hasn’t been on β€œstuff” at all.

It’s been on support, healing and memories. πŸ₯Ήβœ¨

Best investments I’ve made this year:

a) Coaching + Support
Life coach. Business coach. Strength training coach.
People who hold me accountable, reflect my blind spots back to me, and remind me who I am when I forget.

b) Travel + Joy
Costa Rica. Spain. Portugal. Rosarito. Cabo. Catalina Island. Charlotte. Charleston… so far.
Experiences that stretched me, inspired me and reminded me that I get to create a life I’m excited to wake up to.

And I still have 2 more trips left this year. 😜

Here’s what I’m learning:
You don’t accidentally become happier, healthier, or more aligned.

You choose it.
You invest in it.
You let yourself be supported in it.

When you try every marketing strategy available, you divert your energy and focus.

Instead, focus on one to master at a time. You’ll find what works for you best, maximize your efforts. And can stop launching a ton of offers (that end of having not so great results) all year.
