🏛️ California Institution for Men: A new state audit found major infrastructure concerns at the Chino prison, with repair or replacement costs estimated at up to $2.6 billion.

📸 Chino + Chino Hills: Chino currently has 86 Flock cameras, while Chino Hills is on track for 41 ALPR cameras, as questions continue around vehicle data privacy.

🚔 The Preserve: Chino Police is increasing its presence at Homecoming Apartments, with 150 new cameras planned and a police substation in the works.

✈️ Ontario International Airport: Airport officials discussed a possible independent investigation following recent FBI searches connected to the airport.

🎶 Mariachi Campana de Riverside: The Riverside youth ensemble won the 2026 Mariachi Nationals, becoming the first California group to take home the title.

New spot alert in Chino Hills 👀🥢
We checked out the new Paik's and put a few things on the menu to the test. Black bean noodles, jjampong, quick service, and a pretty solid vibe all around.
Our final verdict: 8/10 ⭐️

Making friends as an adult is weird, so naturally, we decided the solution was to put you at dinner with five people you’ve never met.

Dinner Club is officially back on 09.17.26.

You take a personality quiz. We do some matchmaking. We make the dinner plans. You show up and meet your table.

Could it be awkward for the first five minutes? Maybe. Could you leave with five new friends, a new group chat, and plans for next weekend? Also maybe.
That’s kind of the whole point.
