Part 3- Around this time each year, Washington County, Florida School District gears up for the annual ‘Teacher of the Year’, ‘Rookie Teacher of the Year’ and ‘Support Person of the Year’ awards, inclusive of all schools in the district, and this year, for the inaugural ‘Principle of the Year’.

To that end, the Photography Program at Florida Panhandle Technical College, under the direction of Instructor Paul Goulding, start the process of shooting headshots of all nominees in Studio B, the production facility of the college, as seen in Part 3 of these ‘behind the scenes’ photos taken during the headshot sessions for the 2025-2026 TOY Celebration on November 13, 2025.
