My husband and I could not be further on opposite ends of the suitcase:

He just got home from a trip here to see me and within 20 minutes of being at his house, everything was unpacked and put away and laundry was started.

I will usually unpack out of my suitcase as I need things. 😂
When it comes to the packing part: I start with piles and lists but nothing goes into the suitcase until the night before. As you can imagine, he's packed well in advance.
