I'm on the hunt for pastors wanting to answer the same questions I engaged about integrating mental health with pastoral care.

I think I found an answer!

Next Thursday, August 14 at 12:00 pm ET, I am hosting a 1 hour Zoom call with Dr Jim Sells and others for any Pastor who has any interest whatsoever in learning about The Church Cares project. If you would like to join us, please register at csreast.link/TCCConnect

The Church Cares offers what I think is one of the strongest and most unique, achievable paradigms of linking mental health needs with effective pastoral care I have ever seen. It can be easily rolled out in a church of any size and scope. There is no cost for any church that uses the resources!

“Church and Mental Health: A Leadership Perspective”

Help The Foursquare Church and your fellow pastors as part of a mental health research project!

As a pastor in The Foursquare Church, your expertise and candid perspective are needed for an important and confidential survey about the church and the mental health crisis. Dr. James Sells of Regent University and social researcher Shaunti Feldhahn have launched a research and book project to help the church in this space—including data specific to The Foursquare Church.

Please provide your confidential input on this short (10 minute) survey.

Your participation will help us understand the perspective of The Foursquare Church ministerial community, and what leaders like you most need as you serve others in this area. The findings from pastors across many streams of the church will appear in a 2025 book for church leaders.
