We celebrated 30 years of Prestar Packaging today! Shouout to Bull & Bones Brewhaus & Grill for letting us host our party there today. Everything was amazing. Huge thank you to Brown Insurance in Blacksburg for surprising us with these balloons today! That was so thoughtful! And another shoutout to All Caked Out for this amazing cake, featuring one of our first boxes ever (left hand corner). We are so proud of the last 30 years and look forward to the next 30.

I know it probably sounds a bit early to talk about Christmas packaging, but we're gearing up to create some new packaging for the holiday season. We want to see what would be the most popular patterns and prints. SO! I created a fun little google form type of survey. Industrial data loggers such as Lansmont Savers can provide invaluable information for packaging engineers on the harshness of the supply chain. However, these sensors need to be set up differently depending on the objectives of the project.

The Advanced Packaging Dynamic course, October 3rd-5th, 2023, is designed to teach packaging engineers how to collect accurate over-the-road vibration data, how to characterize long-duration breaking events, and how to set up decoys to understand the handling environment during parcel delivery. Our instructors have decades of experience collecting field data from multiple transportation modes.
