Please be advised that we have updated our Community Hall reservation policies and procedures. To ensure an accurate and fair scheduling process for the year 2026, all previous reservations made were cleared for the 2026 year.

If you have an event planned for January 2026, please review the current reservation list. If your event is not listed, you must contact the office to complete the following requirements before your date can be secured:

--Updated Usage Agreement: Review and sign the new facility terms.
--Security Deposit: Submit the required $50.00 deposit.

To maintain your booking, all organizers are now required to confirm their event during the first 5 days of the month in which the event is scheduled. For example, if you reserved an event for March 18th, 2026, you would need to confirm within the first 5 days of the month of March. You can confirm via office visit, phone call, or drop a note in the deposit box at the office.

Please note: Failure to confirm within this 5-day window will result in the cancellation of your event and a partial forfeiture of your deposit.

These updates apply to all residents and organizations, regardless of any prior arrangements. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us manage our community resources effectively.
