TOURNAMENT RESULTS | Awesome SD Pool Player 😎😎😎
placed 3rd today in a doubles tournament hosted by Clint Palaci and i cannot thank him enough for providing an outlet and venue for all of us to come together to participate in something that we all have a passion for.
i was only able to make it out on sunday but if you have a chance to participate in the next library cup series, i would highly recommend that you do so. thanks to my first time partner, Kevin Barreiro, for having me be his partner and being a solid rock throughout this process. we played pretty effortlessly with one another and rode the tournament wave pretty well. both of our losses were hill-hill so we knew that the potential was there. there will definitely be a next time.
what a time to be involved in the san diego pool scene nowadays. so many options for people to come and stretch their competitive muscle in all of these events. more importantly, we should really give it up to the people who make all the effort to make these events possible.
i came in today just hoping for a fun experience. but i left feeling better about my game and getting to compete against some stiff competition today. i also had a lot of fun hanging with some good friends. already looking forward to the next one.
