My Ate wasn't feeling well so I wanted to make her favorite Chicken Noodle soup. It's a really easy recipe!

INGREDIENTS
- 3.5 lbs of bonless chicken thighs
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- medium onion (chopped)
- garlic (minced)
- 12 cups chicken broth
- 8 celery (chopped)
- 1 small bag of baby carrots (chopped)
- 3-4 bay leaves
- 2 tsp minced fresh thyme
- 12oz egg noodles

DIRECTIONS
1. Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper . Add oil to a medium hot pot and brown the chicken. Remove the chicken and put it to the side.

2. Sautee the onion and garlic in the oil used for the chicken. Add the chicken broth and bring it to a boil. Add the chicken, celery, carrots, bay leaves, and thyme. Let it cook for about 20-25 minutes.

3. Take the chicken out and put it to the side then add the noodles to the chicken soup and cover the pot on very low heat for about 20 minutes.

4. Shred the chicken. Then add it to the pot and stir it in and then serve.

Trying something new and mixing a couple of my favorite things to make Chicken Adobo Ramen!!

INGREDIENTS
- 4lbs Chicken (no bone) half cut in strips, half to be boiled
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup soysauce
- 1 gallon bag
- 1/2 sweet onion (chopped)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3tbsp olive oil
- black pepper
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp chicken bullion
- Ramen noodles
- 4 eggs
- sweet corn
- broccoli florets
- pot Γ— 2
- pan

DIRECTIONS
1. Take half the chicken (not cut in strips) and boil it with 6-8 cups of water in a pot. I love soup so I did higher amount. When chicken is cooked put aside in a container (I made it into chicken salad the next day )

2. Put other half of chicken (strips) in the ziploc bag and add the vinegar and soysauce. Marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.

3. In another pot, fill with water and boil. Poke a hole with a pin on th top of each egg. When the water is boiling add the eggs and stir for a minute. Then let it boil for 8 minutes. After, put ice in a bowl, put eggs on top and add water to stop it from cooking. Peel shell off eggs

4. *** after chicken has been in fridge for at least and hour *** Put oil in a pan (no heat). Add the onion and garlic and coat it with the oil. Then use a strainer and drain the oil into a bowl. Set aside.

5. Burner on medium high, place pan on there, let it heat up and then dump the onion and garlic into the pan from strainer. Get chicken from fridge and pour into the pan with the onion and garlic and let it cook approximately 15-20 mins stirring occasionally. Chicken should be 165Β°F inside.

6. Cook corn and broccoli as instructed by package.

7. Take the pot from step 1 and add chicken bullion and noodes. Add any seasoning the ramen noodes come with. Cook noodles as directed

Prepare chicken adobo ramen!!

Wanted to say thank you to everyone that came out to donate blood for my blood drive a couple weeks ago.

We had 26 qualified donors and 17 of them were first time donors! With our donations we are able to save approximately 78 lives!!

We are excited to get another blood drive in the spring! I hope to see you there! Thank you for being my hero. ❀️

Thank you to for helping us get this blood drive going and allowing me to share my journey with PHACE Syndrome.

PHACE Syndrome is a rare disease that affect about 1,000 in the US. To learn more about it check out

In support for me and bringing awareness on PHACE syndrome, we got these burgandy Tibetan bracelets.

The tibetan string bracelet symbolizes strength, resilience, and connection. Burgandy is the official color representing PHACE syndrome.

My family have been wearing these bracelets since the summer and I'm so excited that we have 50 of these coming in for family and friends wanting to wear them to show support!
