Es el miedo, la depresión silenciosa, el sentir que tu reflejo ya no eres tú.
Es llorar por tu cabello, por tus canas, por lo que cambia afuera…

And I’m embracing all of it 🙌🏻

I’m embracing the gray hair that once made me nervous, but now I see it as my crown 👑 a testimony of wisdom, growth, and survival 💪🏻 I’m embracing my body, not for what it used to be, but for all it has carried me through!!
The seasons of joy, the valleys of pain, and the countless miracles in between.

The smile of peace is different. It’s not about having a perfect life or never facing struggles. It’s the smile that comes when your heart finally rests — when you know that God is in control, and you choose to trust Him even when things don’t make sense.
