If we haven’t met yet, let me introduce myself—I’m a wife, mom, and total wellness enthusiast who’s passionate about helping women feel their absolute best. Like so many of you, I’ve been on my own health journey, and I know how overwhelming it can be to sift through all the fitness and nutrition advice out there. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to simplify the process and give you the tools that actually work. ⚒️
I’m a certified FASTer Way coach, which means I help women learn how to fuel their bodies through macro tracking, carb cycling, and intermittent fasting, all while building strength with fun, effective at-home workouts. I also work with Make Wellness, a company that’s changing lives with bioactive peptide supplements designed to support weight loss, reduce stress, and boost energy. 💪🏻🌿
