Good mental health begins with a conversation. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and The Wolf is here to remind you to make your emotional health a priority. Do you find yourself rushing around a lot during the day? Here’s a bit of advice: Take. A. Break. It could be a five-minute pause from cleaning your kitchen, a half-hour lunch break at work or a weekend exploring somewhere new. Put the phone down, stop scrolling through social media and work emails, and truly take a BREAK from it all.
