The Cincinnati Business Courier talks about our current redevelopment project, Altura Apartments, in a recent article! We are so excited to welcome our first residents to the community in November.

"On the inside, the building’s floor plates, 90 feet in depth, allowed the developer to create floorplans 30% deeper than traditional multifamily units. The extra space results in larger kitchens, bathrooms, closets and living spaces. Oversized windows and 9-foot ceilings accentuate the size of the units. The amount of cabinetry space and kitchen space, meanwhile, is similar to what you’d find in a custom home." Read more at

The developer believes this office-to-residential conversion can be replicated over and over again in failing suburban office buildings throughout the market.

Sarah is a passionate leader in the multi-family industry, known for her energetic approach to building highly effective teams. She has amassed 13 years of experience dedicated to optimizing performance across more than 4,500 units. Notably, Sarah has helped spearhead successful renovations of 2,300 units and the launch of 9 new property lease-ups across 4 diverse markets, driving top-tier revenue growth in stabilized communities.

Beyond her professional career, Sarah is actively engaged in her community. She currently serves on the GCNKAA Membership Committee and previously held the role of Treasurer on the Board of Directors at the Greater Dayton Apartment Association. Recently, she was honored with the 2024 GCNKAA Prestige Award for "Best Multi-Site Manager (greater than 1501 units)".

In her personal life, Sarah cherishes spending time with her husband, daughter, and extensive family circle. They frequently visit Kings Island and thoroughly enjoy the summer concert series at RiversEdge park in Hamilton. Welcome, Sarah!
